Here at elasticEye Media we believe that all organisations no matter what their size or how they are funded should be able to gain a web presence that will help enhance their service for both them and also for the people who use their service.
In March 2007 elasticEye Media was awarded a grant to set up a service where we would be able to provide low cost web design to organisations which may for one reason or another not be able to afford to spend large amounts on a website, or that do not have the people within their organisation with the expertise to set up a site for them.

In October 2007 completed the first build of a project for Blackpool Access & Participation Unit (part of Blackpool Borough Council Youth Services) in designing, coding and hosting their new 'R U Bothered?' website (www.rubothered.co.uk) for young people. Through our work with the Access & Participation Unit we have become quite skilled in designing websites specifically aimed at young people.
